Shipping Destinations and Origin

We ship to the countries and regions supported at checkout. Available delivery options depend on your shipping address and order.

Orders from paws.market are primarily shipped from Mainland China and Hong Kong, China. The fulfillment location depends on inventory availability, the destination, and shipping arrangements.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. This includes preparing, inspecting, packing, and handing your order to the carrier.

Processing time is separate from transit time. Processing may take longer during public holidays, promotional periods, new product launches, or unusually high order volumes.

Estimated Transit Time

International transit generally takes 6–30 business days after dispatch, in addition to order processing time.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Actual transit time can vary with the destination, customs clearance, local carrier operations, remote-area delivery, weather, and holidays.

Shipping Fees

All shipping fees below are in US dollars (USD).

Standard delivery destinations

Standard shipping costs US$9.99 per order, before any eligible free-shipping discount. This applies to the contiguous United States, Washington, D.C., and other supported destinations outside the remote delivery zone described below.

Remote delivery destinations

For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. military addresses in AA, AE, and AP, and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, shipping is charged by order weight. Available rates range from US$15.99 to US$99.99.

These destinations do not qualify for the US$59 free-shipping offer under our current shipping rates.

The available shipping method and exact charge are displayed at checkout before payment. Not every destination or order weight is supported. If no delivery option is available for your address, please contact us before placing an order.

Free Shipping on Eligible US$59+ Orders

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to eligible orders with a product subtotal of US$59 or more after applicable, combinable discounts.

Shipping charges and taxes do not count toward this minimum. No separate free-shipping code is needed.

Shipping rates above US$15 are excluded from this offer. Alaska, Hawaii, the military address regions listed above, and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands therefore remain subject to shipping charges, even when the order subtotal reaches US$59.

This offer waives an eligible shipping charge; it is not a US$15 shipping credit. Excluded orders are charged the full shipping rate shown at checkout.

The offer can combine with compatible product or order discounts, but not with another shipping discount. If a discount reduces your qualifying subtotal below US$59, standard shipping charges apply.

You can review the applied discounts and final shipping charge before paying.

Tracking Information

After dispatch, tracking information is normally provided by email or through your order details.

Please allow time for the carrier to register the shipment and activate tracking updates. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us with your order number.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Most international orders using our standard delivery service are handled on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

For these shipments, applicable customs duties and import taxes are handled by PAWSNOVA or our logistics partners and included in the shipping arrangement. Customers should not have to pay these import charges again upon delivery.

If a destination or shipping service requires customers to pay import charges separately, this responsibility will be disclosed before payment.

Customs clearance may still affect delivery times.

If a carrier requests an unexpected customs payment, please contact us with your order number and the carrier’s notice so we can check the shipping arrangement.
