Refund & Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled successfully, you will receive a full refund.
We cannot cancel an order once the product has been shipped out.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, cards, and outer packaging, if applicable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Before sending any return package, please contact our customer service first to confirm whether your return request is eligible and to make sure the package is sent to the correct return address.
How to Return
To request a return, please contact us at paws.popartworkshop@gmail.com with the following information:
1. Your order number
2. The reason for return
3. Photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
4. Your contact information
After your return request is approved, please pack the item securely and include the following information inside the package:
1. Order number
2. Customer name
3. Return reason
4. Contact email
Please send the package to the return address provided below. After shipping the return package, please provide us with the tracking number.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Notes
Custom-order or personalized items do not have the right to a 14-day refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Blind boxes, opened products, limited-edition items, and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Opened blind boxes cannot be returned or exchanged due to personal preference, duplicate designs, or failure to receive a desired hidden design.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific shipping fee will depend on the courier company selected by the customer.
If the return is caused by our mistake, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer does not need to bear the return shipping fee.
No restocking fee will be charged to customers for returning a product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
