3. Blind Boxes and Random Products

Where a product is described as a blind box, random assortment, or mystery product, the design received is selected randomly unless the product page specifically states otherwise.

Purchasing multiple blind boxes does not guarantee different designs, a complete set, or a hidden/secret design unless expressly stated on the product page.

Opened blind boxes are subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

The price shown during checkout is the price applicable to the order at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
